It is our pleasure to invite you to the 11th Festival of Rural Life and Traditions organized by Green Lane NGO. The Festival will be held on September 14-15, at the Green Training Center in Dzoraghbyur village, Kotayk region. The address is: Banaki 18 Str., Dzoraghbyur village, Kotayk region.

The opening ceremony is on September 14, at 12:00.

ABOUT FESTIVAL

Through the Festival Green Lane NGO aims to bring about a positive change and contributes to the development of sustainable agriculture, as well as sustainable rural development in Armenia. Approximately 200 producers of organic and natural agricultural production, traditional farmer groups, entrepreneurs of agriculture and women groups from all regions of Armenia and Artsakh each year participate in the Festival. The Festival is a unique platform where farmers, producers, processors, consumers and various organizations and potential donors work together for mutual experience exchange, cooperation and finding new markets. During the Festival natural and traditional agricultural production fair will be available. The Festival will be accompanied with traditional concert program with the participation of famous folk singers, musicians and cultural small groups. Entertainment performances for the kids including dancing will be available. You can find information about Festival participation and donors from the participant guide.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and his wife Anna Hakobyan attended the opening ceremony of the 10th Anniversary Festival of Rural Life and Traditions of 2023.

 This year the festival was hosted by Dzoraghbyur village in Kotayk region of Armenia. The ceremony was also graced by the Deputy Minister of Economy Arman Khojoyan, Governor of Kotayk Aharon Sahakyan and several other dignitaries.

"Friends Bakery" is an initiative that aims to serve Armenian sweets in a new way.
This year, for the first time, they are celebrating Harvest Day, bringing with them a variety of delicious ghats and honey paklava.
